“I’ve worked in care for 19 years, in hospitals, care homes and people’s own homes, and I bring all of that to supporting our clients and their families. We start by getting to know who your loved one is and what matters to them, build a care plan around that, and adapt as their needs change. Our carers are chosen because they care, and you can be sure your loved one will be in caring, kind hands.”

— Elaine Ewer, Field Care Supervisor · Tunbridge Wells

Elaine leads a dedicated team of carers across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding villages. She is known for her attention to detail, her warmth with clients and families, and her insistence on the highest standards at every visit. Local knowledge

Our Tunbridge Wells roots

All About Home Care provides CQC Outstanding-rated home care in Tunbridge Wells, Southborough, Pembury and the surrounding villages. The Tunbridge Wells team is led by Field Care Supervisor Elaine Ewer, who has been with us since 2019 and is an Infection Prevention and Control Champion.

Our Tunbridge Wells team knows the area well. We know the local GP surgeries and pharmacies, and regularly support clients to appointments and prescription collections. Our carers can also suggest places for a coffee or an outing, from National Trust gardens to garden centres.

A team who know you

Our Tunbridge Wells clients are looked after by a dedicated team of Tunbridge Wells carers. The team shares updates with each other, from how a client likes their tea to anything they notice about their health. That is what makes care truly person-centred, and any change reaches Elaine quickly.

Letting a carer into your home is a big step, and it is natural to feel anxious about it. With a small group of regular carers, they soon become a friendly face at the door.

Elaine supports the carers, the clients and their families. She makes sure everything is in place for safety, wellbeing and care. She stays in touch with families to listen, reassure and act on changes, from arranging transport to appointments to working with other agencies and reviewing care needs.
