Being there, for the whole journey
Compassionate, dignified care that allows people to spend their final time at home, surrounded by what matters most.

Staying at home: the most important wish
For many people, the wish to remain at home in their final weeks or months is one of the most deeply held they have. We provide compassionate, professional end of life care across Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks and Maidstone, working alongside families, GPs, district nurses and hospice teams.
Our carers go above and beyond. Our field care team liaise directly with the family, medical teams and the hospice to make sure our clients have all the support and help they need.
Recently, Elaine Ewer, our Field Care Supervisor in Tunbridge Wells, spent several weeks on the phone to the hospice, the GP and the family, doing everything she could to make sure one of our clients had a good death.

Reframing the end of life
Louise Piper is an End of Life Doula with Better Endings. In this conversation she talks about what end of life care at home can look like, and why it helps to talk about it early.
You don’t need to have all the answers before you call
Many families contact us while they are still trying to understand what support might look like. That’s absolutely fine. A conversation costs nothing. We’re here, gently and without any pressure, whenever you’re ready.
Could the NHS pay for this care?
For people nearing the end of life, NHS Continuing Healthcare can pay for care at home, and there is a faster Fast Track route. Our Registered Manager explains how it works in Kent.
