“There’s no pressure to make a quick decision. I’ll explain how it all works, and we’ll be here to ease the stress of what you’re going through. I’ve lived in Tonbridge for over 40 years, so I know the surgeries, pharmacies and community groups, and our carers often go the extra mile, from bringing in a home-cooked treat to collecting something for a client in their own time.”
Jo leads a consistent team of carers who work within Tonbridge and the surrounding villages. Familiar faces, built-in trust: your loved one will see the same people, not a different stranger each week. Jo also delivers in-house training on medication management and safeguarding, so everyone on the team works to the same high standard.
Our Tonbridge roots
All About Home Care provides CQC Outstanding-rated home care in Tonbridge and the surrounding villages, from visiting day care to night care and live-in care. The Tonbridge team is led by Field Care Supervisor Jo Hawkins.
We’re not a national franchise operating out of a call centre. We’re based in Tonbridge, run by people who live and work here, and we’ve built genuine relationships in this community over the years.
Tonbridge really comes together to support local causes, with charity events, community groups, a farmers’ market and plenty going on in the Castle grounds through the year. Several of the town’s churches run community groups and coffee mornings. We host the Tonbridge Community Cafe at the Angel Centre on the last Wednesday of every month. We know where the GP surgeries and pharmacies are, so we can make sure appointments and prescription collections run smoothly.
A team who know you
Our Tonbridge clients are looked after by a small team of regular Tonbridge carers, led by Jo, so you’ll see familiar faces rather than a different stranger each week. The carers get to know the little things that matter, and they pass on anything they notice to each other and to Jo, so any change is picked up quickly. Jo trains the whole team in medication and safeguarding, so everyone works to the same high standard.

Care people talk about
They don’t just complete tasks. They build trust and make a real effort to brighten my dad’s day.
All round fantastic. Can’t fault them. They take her on trips to the garden centre and cafés. She reads them poems.
I got back to rave reviews from my mother, she couldn’t rate everyone highly enough. Extremely professional, reliable, flexible, I am thrilled.
