Our story

The care we would want for our own families

Our owners, Jim and Geoff, both lost their mothers, and that loss was part of what brought them into home care. Both had been caregivers themselves, and both believed the standard of care available to families like theirs simply wasn’t good enough.

Jim Sellars, Geoff Dunnett and Rachael Fox

All About Home Care is an independent, CQC Outstanding-rated home care provider based at Riverside House in Tonbridge, Kent. It is owned by Jim Sellars and Geoff Dunnett, and its Registered Manager is Rachael Fox, who has been with the company since 2015.

When Jim and Geoff first needed care for their own families, they had no care background and had to find their way through an unfamiliar system at an incredibly difficult time.

Our approach is to provide the highest quality of care, the care we would give our own family. All About Home Care aims to be the extended family you can choose, for your loved ones at what is often an incredibly difficult time. Everything we do is centred on that one aim.

“The care we would want for our own families” isn’t just a slogan. It’s something we live and breathe. Jim’s son Hugo has a severe and complex disability and is a client of All About Home Care. Hugo is the embodiment of our approach to quality: every one of our clients receives the same quality of care that Hugo receives.
