Geoff Dunnett and Jim Sellars
MD/Owner and Owner
Geoff and Jim, friends for over 20 years, bring their combined experience in building successful technology companies and working in the investment world to All About Home Care.
Motivated by the shared loss of their mothers and personal caregiving experiences, they are working hard to provide high-quality care and build a business that makes a meaningful impact.
Geoff and Jim acquired All About Home Care in March 2024.
Rachael Fox
Registered Care Manager
Rachael leads and supports our team in delivering outstanding care to clients every day. With a career devoted to care and an NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, she is deeply committed to ensuring that each client’s care is personalised to meet their unique needs.
Rachael has been with All About Home Care for ten years.
Danielle Derrick
Deputy Manager
Danielle is our Deputy Manager, responsible for coordinating clients’ healthcare needs, managing carers’ daily rotas, and maintaining open lines of communication with both carers and clients. Danielle has a level 3 and 5 in Health and Social care.
Danielle has been with All About Home Care for four years.
Elaine Ewer
Field Care Supervisor
Elaine is our Field Care Supervisor for the wider Tunbridge Wells area , responsible for inducting new carers, providing ongoing training and supervision, and implementing personalised care plans for clients. Elaine has a Level 3 in Health and Social care and is qualified in end of life care.
Elaine has been with All About Home Care for five years.
Joanna Allchin
Field Care Supervisor
Jo, is second Field Care Supervisor for the wider Sevenoaks, is responsible for creating personalised care plans for clients and providing ongoing training and supervision for carers. Jo has a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
Jo has been with All About Home Care for four years.
Jo Hawkins
Field Care Supervisor
Jo, is our Field Care Supervisor for the Tonbridge area, is responsible for creating personalised care plans for clients and providing ongoing training and supervision for carers .

Gabby has been with All About Home Care since 2023. She holds a Care Certificate, along with all mandatory training.

Jo has been with All About Home Care since 2024. She holds a Care Certificate and has completed all mandatory training courses.
Cher Morgan
Carer
Cher has been with All About Home Care since 2023. She has completed her Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care, as well as all mandatory training courses.
