Salary: £15.37 to £17.51 per hour, based on experience, with enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays

What You’ll Need:
- A valid UK driver’s licence and access to a vehicle (bicycles are also acceptable).
- The right to work in the UK.
- No previous care experience is needed—just a passion for helping others.
- No formal qualifications are required; we provide full training and ongoing support.
- All candidates will undergo a fully enhanced DBS check.

Your Role and Responsibilities
- Prioritise our clients’ safety and well-being throughout the night.
- Build caring, supportive relationships with both clients and fellow staff.
- Provide personalised care, following each client’s individual Care & Wellbeing Plan.
- Collaborate with family carers, client advocates, healthcare professionals, and other care organisations for seamless, coordinated care.
- Respect clients’ personal choices, interests, and preferences—ensuring happiness and well-being are always at the forefront.
- Offer practical support to help clients maintain independence at home, encouraging them to take on daily tasks with confidence.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including time commitments, dress code, and identification protocols.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills, ensuring a high standard of care for all clients.
