Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Prioritise clients’ safety and well-being throughout your shifts.
  • Build supportive relationships with both clients and staff.
  • Provide personalised care according to each client’s Care & Wellbeing Plan.
  • Work collaboratively with family carers, client advocates, and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care.
  • Honour clients’ choices, preferences, and interests, keeping their happiness and well-being at the heart of what we do.
  • Encourage and assist clients in maintaining independence, supporting them to take on daily tasks with confidence.
  • Follow company policies and best practices, including time commitments, dress code, and identity badge requirements.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills, ensuring a high standard of care for all clients.
