We are pleased that, following a CQC inspection in April, our service is rated as ‘Outstanding’ overall.
As well as the overall rating, inspectors rate five individual aspects of the service. All About Home Care was rated ‘Outstanding’ for being caring, well-led, and responsive to people’s needs, and as ‘Good’ for being safe and effective.
We are the only domiciliary care company in West Kent rated ‘Outstanding’ in 3 or more of the 5 categories. Nationally, there are only around 30 companies providing home care services with such high ratings.

Debbie Ivanova, Deputy Chief Inspector for Adult Social Care said:
“All About Home Care places people at the heart of the service and they benefit from exceptionally well-led, responsive, flexible and truly person centred care.
“It is always positive to see people and their relatives being truly involved in organising their care. Staff made sure people had the opportunity and support to do what they enjoyed most and enabled them to live as independent a life as possible. The staff were extremely caring and went above and beyond people’s care plans, to make sure the care people received was what they wanted and needed.
“It was encouraging to see a service that was continually striving to improve in all aspects of care. People using the service felt safe and well cared for by compassionate staff who prioritised their wellbeing.
“The team should be extremely proud of the work they do. I congratulate the staff at All About Home Care for achieving our highest rating.”
