Arranging Care

If you think you or a loved one would benefit from our care, or simply have some further questions, just get in contact and we will help you make an informed decision.

Once you have decided that All About Home Care can help, we will visit you or your loved one at home and together consider your individual needs and wishes.

Gaining an understanding of you as a person, your interests and hobbies, your health and well-being, and the care and support you are looking for will help us shape a plan that is right for you.

After the assessment, we will prepare an individually tailored care plan for discussion, refinement and agreement, including how any other family members will be involved.

The care can start just as soon as the plan is finalised.

Arranging care is not something we do frequently but it is vital that we get it right. Important factors to consider include, among others, whether providers deliver the quality of service you are looking for, how well they develop and train their staff, and if they specialise in any relevant health conditions.

The UK Home Care Association publishes a useful guide, "Choosing care at home", which provides further input on how to find the right provider. ukhca logo transparent
